2. Nature of Services
Leap Ahead primarily provides knowledge-based, advisory, mentorship, consulting, strategic support, and ecosystem facilitation services. Payments made are for access to expertise, time, professional support, resources, and services rendered and not for guaranteed business, funding, regulatory, or commercial outcomes.
3. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Leap Ahead shall be non-refundable once service delivery, consultation, mentorship, onboarding, documentation work, advisory engagement, program participation, or access to resources has commenced.

Leap Ahead reserves the right to deduct:
administrative charges;
processing charges;
payment gateway fees;
costs incurred for work already performed.
